Our session is a private 90 minute Zoom experience designed to feel safe, gentle, and deeply supportive. You don't need to prepare beyond completing your check-in form - you don't need to have it all figured out, you don't need to know exactly what to say, and you don't need to show up as anything other than exactly who you are right now.
Whatever needs to rise will be held with complete care and zero judgment.
